ELAI Financial Inc. ("ELAI", "we") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message.

Credit application: personal identification (name, date of birth, SSN or ITIN), contact information, address and housing details, driver's license information and photos, employment and income, company information if you apply as a business, details of the unit you want to finance, and references.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

To answer your inquiries and to evaluate and process your financing request, including verifying the information you provide. We do not sell your information.

How we protect it

Information travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Applications are not stored on this website: they are converted into a password-protected document and sent to ELAI by email, and temporary files are deleted immediately. Only authorized ELAI staff can open these documents.

How long we keep it

ELAI keeps application documents only as long as needed to process your request and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We may share your information with lenders, financial partners or service providers only when necessary to process your request, or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal requirements, by contacting us.
